This was agreat text. It is easy to understand. If you are "required" to purchase book for a class, you should do it. It has great references and is written well. Not your typical text.

The book is of good quality, though a little bit expensive with some highlights in it. A little bit slow in delivery, but the book arrived right on time when I need to use it. So all in all, good experience~

after returning the book I​ was still charged the full price

This book is not great. While it covers a lot of the essential material associated with Urban economics, the chapters are a bit choppy, and there are several typos, especially in the instructor materials.The book is also generally very dry, and there is not a stick of color on any page beyond the cover. Not to be rude, but many graphs and examples would be made more impactful with colored graphs.
